To insure your complete satisfaction, you will receive two confirmations from us regarding your order. Your first confirmation will be a receipt of
your order. The second confirming the shipping date of. If an out of stock situation occurs, we will let you know the estimated shipping date.

and referencing your order number in the subject line. All applicable tax, shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed as you complete the form.
Your total shipping cost is determined geographic distance.
Order by Fax: You may place your order on this web site or by using the Order by Fax order form and fax it to us at 425.969.3621. Please have your ordering information (item name, item number, size and color). For international orders, please email your order to orders@themyaustin.com. We will contact you regarding payment. | Returns |
MyAustin offers return and exchange only on un-used merchandise within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and all merchandise tags attached. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All returned merchandise must be in "as-new" condition. We will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges. Please send returns to MyAustin
Unfortunatly, we are not able to take sale items for retuen. We cannot give refunds for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping. If item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. All returned items must be sent back via insured methods such as UPS ground or FedEx. |
